I've been having the same problem myself today. And yes, I do tick Remember Me. Same problem a couple of times on new railway modellers and rmweb.

They're already too expensive. Price if made in the UK would be far more and the company would probably go bust very quickly (IMHO)

eBay should get you the best price but you have to do a bit of work taking photos etc, local model shops may be interested but will usually pay a fairly low price (they have to make a profit). All it means is that the motor's electrical connections must be isolated so that there can be no contact with the chassis (if it's live) or the connections to the pickups or rails. I'd try spray adhesive. Spray carpet glue should be easily available
