Cabinet for displaying my favourites

Hi All

Going to build a cabinet to display my favourite consists in. Have measured out the 6 I want to display and the maximum width is 135cm. Depth will be 5cm and height about 50cm. Will be wall mounted.

Any tips or ideas for materials, design etc. Would like to cover the front with glass or plexiglas.

May I suggest you make it much bigger than you have planned. I started with one case ended up with five. Model railways are extremely addictive.
