R.O.S Spoof site ?

#1

Post by Too Tall »

Whilst browsing I came across a site using the ROS logos etc and with online.com after the original address. Most things are listed less than half price, that are not on the actual ROS site, so I suspect it may be a scam site - just thought it worth mentioning.

Interesting isn’t it. The pictures are low resolution and the bargains are just too good to be true. Good find.

Well spotted!

I found the site as well, and it does appear to be suspisious.

I've sent a message to the 'known' ROS contact us page, and i'll see what they come back with.

All shipping is via USPS and takes 15-20 days. Prices quoted in dollars. And in the conditions it says "we not take liability if the ordered products get lost while delivery."

A very crude scam site. Presumably all they want is your credit card details....

Although I'm just about done with buying, it's good that you spotted it and warned us. Thanks.
