Bachmann class 37 TTS cab lights

Hoping someone can assist here. I have a Bachmann 32-784 Class 37/0 37242 to which I've fitted a Hornby TTS decoder. I soldered the wires to a 21 pin adaptor and it's fitted with a Rail Exclusive Baby Boomer speaker. The sound is very good and she runs really well so no complaints at all.

The question I have concerns the lights. The directional lights work fine, however, only one cab light works when using the Aux F25. I'm sure the cab lights used to be independent, but I assume with the TTS that's not possible. Is there a way to program the other cab light to F25 as well or would I need to change the wiring so both cab lights come on together?

TTS is limited on function outputs for lighting in that white and yellow feed switching for the directional lighting, under control of F0 and the green wire looks after the only other output, under control of F25 (diesel) or F18 ( steam).

Unfortunately it is both cab lights or pick only one unless you want to patch into the directional lighting and have them on all the time, but beware of the output limit of 100mA per channel, which is unprotected and an overload could likely blow the decoder.

It would he possible to use a change over relay to feed the cab lights using directional lighting as your end selector trigger.

Thanks for the reply RAF. The change over relay sounds interesting, but probably beyond my skill level :? I think I might just require so that both cab lights work together.
