Lima class 59 wiring query

Hi all,

I've bought a 2nd hand Lima class 59 number 59002, and whilst replacing a couple of parts, one of the wires from the motor towards the dummy bogie has come off.

Can anyone advise where this should go please? I thought it was to go to the brass clip along with the other wire, but this seems to short the loco instead after ive soldered it, as it only runs with the loose wire still detached.

I think it goes through the hole above the bogie and attaches to a pickup on the bogie. Pull the clip off the pin which will drop the bogie and you should see where it needs to go.
