So I viewed the photos of the new Sandy Hills, and this is in 3'x8'? That is an extraordinary use of the space, and the underground region to the right end makes it look expansive and rural. Simply brilliant, if I may say. We in the USA struggle badly with that sort of space and you have championed it.

Sorry to say the Layout has now been canncilled and everything has been sold off. We have moved yet again now back into Northumberland. May do small lay out in N but not been well again and nothing is ritten in stone. Good luck and happiness to you all. And happy modeling. It has been fun and nice meeting you all....................
