Hi all,

Apologies for the late response and the issues.

I've not had any alerts warning of problems, but I'll dig through the logs and see if anything stands out.

If it happens again, please post (when possible) with a start time and and end time, as that will aid in trawling the logs.

Many thanks.

It’s working OK at the moment but I will try later in the day to see if like yesterday pm when the access was extremely slow.

Hi All,

thanks for the reports. I've found that the backups were running at around the same time there was issued reported. I've moved these to 02:00 each day to hopefully stop this happening.

If you do have any further issues, please let me know, and I will investigate.

Regards,

Hopefully all will be OK. I have not had any issues myself though as it works as normal for me.

Stese I think you have solved the problem, I have accessed the forum on several occasions over the weekend and since your rescheduling of the backups access has been instant every time. Thanks.

I have not been greatly affected by a problem. Only once (at the same time as others) I thought it was at my end as it cleared quickly.
All seems well now.

No good at all, tried for two hrs solid to get in, they it suddenly works, when you get on here its dead so it must be the same for everyone, not worth the hassle anymore.

It's usually quieter over the summer months, too much other stuff to be done!

I'll look again at the logs, Brian1951, and see if I can see why you are having difficulties.
